I was charmed by the grand ballroom for a d&d event. The banquet staff, including hazim, colby, ajay, jovan, and fitri, helped us so much! one team member, colby, cleaned a difficult mess swiftly. all members were responsive when we needed help and special attention!
i found the light switches needed several attempts to operate. it was frustrating, though not a big problem.

Our room had an epic view of Marina Bay. I saw the city lights sparkle each night. Breakfast offered many choices. Staff members went out of their way to help us.
The room smelled of a cleaning product upon arrival. The scent faded after some time.

Wonderful Marina Bay Stay

I liked the Beautiful Marina room. It has a king bed and great view of Marina Bay. The room have perfect cleanliness. The amenities are abundant. I also liked the hotel restaurant. The Colony, it has wide array of foods. I especially liked the ice cream and chocolates they provide.
The check-in process took long. It took more time than expected to allocate a room.

Staff always opened doors for me. Staff escorted me to my requested spot in the hotel. Dickson Soon, manager, draw out points of interest on a map based on my requests. I found staff to be friendly.

I enjoyed the spacious room and strategic location. The view IS amazing. The room layout features a separate bedroom, wardrobe room, a toilet, and a beautiful bathroom.
There was a slight delay with the elevator service.

The Colony restaurant has a great variety of foods. I especially enjoyed the ice cream and chocolates there. Ms. Ningning works at the restaurant. She always wears a smile and is very attentive to everyone.
I found that the chaise lounge fabric had some staining in my room.

The location was central! it was easy to access nearby shopping malls and the mrt. the staff were very thoughtful and kind, especially to families with young children. I liked this.
The check-in lobby had too many diffusers. The scent was overwhelming. the breakfast at colony was chaotic. Food stations lacked clear lines, and i found it difficult to navigate.
